Control, Data and Management Plane Policing on 4500 Switch

How do you configure control/service/management plane policing on a CIsco 4507

Aggregating the policy map to include all the system defined control traffic seems the easy option and i assume not best practice.  How would you therefore decide the correct conform rate for the respective traffic?

Furthermore, which traffic would you police on the management and service plane?

Yes i have read that document to start with, but i would like to know how to calculate the correct traffic within each policy map?

I was thinking of monitoring the traffic and filtering each traffic to work out a normal police rate for our network.  However, i was hoping there would be an easier way?

Are there further examples on configuring the management/service plane?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
