I saw a this error message fill up the syslog: %ILPOWER-3-CONTROLLER_PORT_ERR: Controller port error, Interface Gi1/0/31: Power Controller reports Short detected
I found some similar post on cisco community that a user said to do cable tdr test, and here is result:

Everything is normal here, I'm confused the issue now. Can someone explain to me please? Thank you.
