Do I need to purchase a license from Cisco to add IP services to a Cisco 3750E series PoE switch (WS-C3750E-48PD-S), or can I just put the 15.0.2 "UNIVERSAL" IOS image onto the switch with no other PAK or license activations?
No,the 3750E series don't require license like the newer switches i.e 3850, 3650. etc.. So, you just pay for IP Services, download Universal and install it.
