Core Switch and Access Switch Requirement for 2500 Users with 3Mbps Rate

We have Concurrent user of 2500 with 2Mbps/Rate. I just want to know the specific model/requirement for core switch and access switch.  Any Model for Access Switch and Core switch.

Thank you for your Input, What we need only is Access Switch and Core Switch.   We will Implement the 2 Core Switch As Stackable with 48Port SFP+ and Direct to Access Switch with 10G SFp+ Uplink. so for 2500 Users with 3Mbps U/D Rate how much Throughput we need for Access Switch and Core Switch to cater my Users?

3 Mbps?  

These switches got 1 Gbps downstreams and can support 1-, 10- and 40 Gbps uplinks.  The 9600 is tailored for 100 Gbps.  

WARNING:  Catalyst 9300/9300L DO NOT support 10BaseTx.

Dear Leo,

I Understand your point but i need to limit the bandwidth of the Users (2500 Hotspot users) so that it will not clogging. We have . so i make a Limit for every users for 3Mbps U/D. we have total Internet Bandwidth of 3Gbps Only.
