Could you please tell me about difference of Cisco Nexus2248TP-E and Nexus2248TP ?

I'm going to buy the Nexus2k.

So, I checked in the CCO about Nexu2k.

I found two type of Nexus2k.

One is Nexus2248TP-E, other is Nexus2284TP.

What kind of difference is there ?

TP-E has 32 mb shared buffer.
