Crash error on voice router

Hello,

I been looking for this error for a while but as far as i been reading, all i know is that could be a hardweare or sofwear issue. Is this true? Or what does this means?

Is there a crashinfo file that was produced when the problem happened? If so it might have additional information that would be helpful.

The information in your post suggests that it is more likely software than hardware. But we do not have enough information to be sure about this. The best thing to do would be to open a case with Cisco TAC. They will be in much better position to give you an authoritative answer on this.
