create different enable password for any user

hi all

i create two user in my switch.

Now i want different enable password for this users.

is it possible?

Not as far as I am aware but you could just allow both users to automatically go to enable mode ie. 

username <name> privilege 15 secret <password>

That can be done if you authenticate your users against a central TACACS-server like the Cisco ISE. That is quite expensive and probably only worth it if you have a large environment.
