I have 2 IE4000's. Both are Version 15.2(4)EA5. One allows me to program/configure CTS. The other doesn't recognize CTS as a command. I'm wondering what could cause 1 IE4000 to recognize the command and the other one with the same software version doesn't? I thought even if no configuration is placed on the switch when you type "?" it would at least show CTS, but it doesn't on the one. Would configuring CTS on the core switches they are connected to have any effect on not even seeing CTS as a recognized command at all? Any support is appreciated.

Hello @jeffatAdmin,
What about the licence on your two IE4000 switch? The same?

- Perhaps this is due to the lack of certain licenses on the particular device , check https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/solutions/collateral/enterprise-networks/trustsec/software-platform-capability-matrix.pdf , (look at the licenses column too) ,

Does look like its likely to be the license. Thanks!
