DATA License vs APPX License

Hi All Cisco Experts,

I just need your help deciding what to purchased for load balancing using IP SLA - ICMP Echo feature. 

here are the two license that our supplier gave to us, are they the same or not?  please see attached file,

DATA Package SL-XX-DATA-K9= 

Data features found in SP Services and Enterprise Services IOS image on ISR 1800,2800 and 3800 e.g. MPLS, BFD, RSVP ,L2VPN, L2TPv3 ,Layer 2 Local Switching , Mobile IP, Multicast Authentication,FHRP-GLBP ,IP SLAs, PfR ,DECnet, RSRB, BIP, DLSw+, FRAS, Token Ring ,ISL, IPX ,STUN, SNTP, SDLC, QLLC etc.

APP Package SL-XX-APP-K9= 

Each APP license includes the key IWAN components with no additional hardware needed for features, including DATA license features, Dynamic Multipoint VPN (DMVPN), Cisco Performance Routing Version 3 (PfRv3), AVC, Network Based Application Recognition 2 (NBAR2), quality of service (QoS), etc.

Therefore, App license includes the Data license and it is the replacement of Data license for ISR 1900.

Below information may support -

SL-19-DATA-K9 is the Data License for ISR G2 while SL-19-APP-K9 is the replacement part code which was announced in may 2014.If we see today , doesn't seem probable the Data License is available for sale and also last shipment date was supposed to be August 4, 2014.

Additionally there are addon benefits one gets through Appx license - "Each APP license includes the key IWAN components with no additional hardware needed for features, including DATA license features, Dynamic Multipoint VPN (DMVPN), Cisco Performance Routing Version 3 (PfRv3), AVC, Network Based Application Recognition 2 (NBAR2), quality of service (QoS), etc."
