i have customer want to confirm that WS-C3650-24PS-L with PWR-C2-640WDC power supply so he need to know the switch will work with -48V or not and all the port of the switch will be POE or not and if yes what is the maximum power per port ?

Take a look at this document. It goes to say

The 640-W DC power supply module has dual input feeds (A and B) and support input voltages between 36 and 72 VDC. The output voltage range is 51 to 57 V.

Now, please take a look at this document. It goes to say

Full IEEE 802.3at (PoE+) with 30W power on all ports in 1 rack unit (RU) form factor

802.3at is the PoE+ standard that days each port to provide 30W power.

Hey Peter,

This particular switch has 24 PoE+ ports and the maximum power per port 25.50 W (42.5–57.0 V) Check Link for POE power. 

Alternatively you can check the data sheet.
