I have configured a Catalyst 2950 for SSH access. I have the users below:
username Helder privilege 15 password 7 094F471A1A0A46
username Kelli privilege 15 secret 5 $1$XdOE$EmLceOuU0T4eaaA1fYLe1/
username Heler privilege 15 secret 5 $1$j5dF$8SGPjO2Um5mstBsvtA4cO/
Can someone please tell me how to delete them?

Put a "no" before the command. Like:
no username Helder privilege 15 password 7 094F471A1A0A46
no username Kelli privilege 15 secret 5 $1$XdOE$EmLceOuU0T4eaaA1fYLe1/
no username Heler privilege 15 secret 5 $1$j5dF$8SGPjO2Um5mstBsvtA4cO/

It worked fine. Thank you very much.
Now one other question, please. I want get rid of this too.
ip domain-name kelli.com
ip ssh time-out 120
ip ssh authentication-retries 3
ip ssh version 2
Thanks in advance.

Same thing: no ip domain-name kelli.com
ip ssh time-out 120 ip ssh authentication-retries 3 ip ssh version 2
Not the same. If you don't want to use SSH to remote into your appliance, then use telnet (not as secure).
If you want to erase the entire config of your router/switch, then issue the command "wr erase" and reboot the appliance.
