Destination host unreachable

Hi everyone!
I´m a student from CCNA, the problem in my Net is When i ping PC1 from PC7 (or upside down) i get "Desination host unreachable". I want get all devices are connected. One more doubt, how i know MLS and R1 are connected? i don´t understand so much. That´s all, I would appreciate your help.

there is no route to 192.168.10.10 on router R1; u need add static route on router to reach 192.168.10.10 via MLS and on MLS switch add router to reach pc 7 network;
