device status connected , mac address table is empty

Hi

Device status shows connected  but  mac address table is empty .This happens with some cameras and projector only . tested wol with pc's and the test was positive. even tried to ping from the same vlan . but still not shows in the CAM .Switches are  3650

I would love to help you figure it out what went wrong with the mac address issue in your network. However, it would be very helpful if I could get some of the information below.

• How many switches do you have in your network?
• Are the cameras, projectors and your PCs in the same switch/vlan?
• Did you manually configure the ip address on those devices or they all being assigned by the DHCP server?

How many switches do you have in your network? 49 edge switches (3650) , 
6513 distribution

send show interface for the port 

make sure no monitor session active - show monitor session

what device ip address

send show arp | i x.x.x.x
