it means PCs cannot reach DHCP server. You are using RIP 1 and its not working, aka not exchanging routes. you should use RIP2 and no auto-summary OR better yet, do not use RIP at all. So, you have no routes to reach microsoft DHCP server in top cloud. if u supposed to be using DHCP setup on Router instead of server, it looks like config are mixed up. left side DHCP settings pointing to right router and vice versa.
Who is getting IP from whom? what 's the goal here?
