Dhcp server with vlan's

Hello, I can't manage to give the connected PCs an ip through the dhcp server. My packet tracer + network design are attached. Have currently only started on the bottom part so it's only about the bottom PCs.

Spotted two issues:

1. No subinterface for Vlan 70. ip helper-address was unreachable.

2. Your A&S dhcp pool had a starting address outside of the network range.
