Dhcp snooping behavior on port down event

[ client]port1----------port2[snooper]port3_trusted--------port4[server]

This is my topology and DHCP snooping is enabled on snooper.

Assume we have some bind entry in the snooper which is as follows,

MacAddress :0001.0002.0003
Ip : 30.30.30.2
Lease : 100
Vlan : 2
Interface : port2

Suppose here the port2 went down and what should be the  expected behavior on the bind entry, should it be removed from bind table immediately ?  Or will it get aged out ?

Hello,

I just lab tested this: the binding entry is not removed when the port goes down. It stays in the database and times out, using the value set in the DHCP server lease time.
