Hi Sunny Sam,

The following documents should identify everything you need to know:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/switches/ps5718/ps6406/white_paper_c11-578928.html

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/switches/ps5718/ps6406/data_sheet_c78-584733.html

As far as I know, the Cisco 2960S series "FlexStacking" is not as higher performing as the 3750 stacking technology. Also, with the 2960S i think you are limited to 4 switches per stack.

Hope this helps

2960S stack can do a maximum of 10Gb and limit of 4 switches per stack.  3750 can do 32Gb (3750E/3750X can do up to 64Gb) and maximum is 9 switches per stack.
