Difference between between C9200L-48T-4G-E & C9200L

I'm considering to upgrade our switches and the option am considering is 9200L, however am confused between the two models-i want a POE switch.

Take a look at the datasheet for all different options. It also depend if you want the uplinks to be 1Gig or 10G, and also fixed or modular. For example, if you want a 48 port POE and 1/10 fixed uplink, here is an option: 

C9200L-48P-4X

48 ports full PoE+

4x 1/10G fixed uplinks

Thanks for your input. In other words, you're confirming 48T is a non-POE switch? because my key feature is to have some POE-enabled ports if not all.

What is the features currently being used for 2960X? 

Is it just basic layer 2 switching?  IF this is just plain layer 2 switching, there is nothing wrong with Catalyst 1000.  

One of the biggest benefits to Catalyst 1000 against Catalyst 9200/9300 is stable OS.  This translates to less management and maintenance cost for the Catalyst 1000.

Catalyst 1000 is purely a Layer 2 switch.  
For Layer 3 switching, depending on what is required, Catalyst 9200/9300 may be a good candidate.
