I was asked to upgrade the IOS on few switches. I would appreciate if some one can help me how to find out that differences between the old IOS and New IOS. How are the adminstrator/users are get advantages. For example difference between
New Code: c2950-i6q4l2-mz.121-22.EA12.bin
Old code: c2950-i6q4l2-mz.121-22.EA9.bin

The fastest (and probably the easiest) way to find out the difference between the two IOS is to go through the Release Notes.
BTW, EA12 is not the newest IOS.
