Difference between logging event-link status & snmp trap link-status

   I wanted to know if there was any difference in using either logging event-link status command vs the snmp trap link-status command?

Hi,

Logging it will save on router's internal flash or external syslog server. SNMP on other hand will send message to the SNMP monitoring server.
