Hello,
I'd like to know if I could use X4648 line cards in a WS-C4510R+E switch. We currently have X4748 line cards in this switch( WS-C4510R+E)
Thanks in advance.

According to the data sheets with the right supervisor yes you can.
See table 1 -
note that next to your chassis for these modules there is a small link which takes you to the bottom where there is restriction as to which slots you can use.

I couldn't find any info related to how much POE each line card can supply. Is there any difference between the cards in regards to how much POE power they will supply??
Thanks in advance.

I think it depends on the module ie. there is a WS-X4748-UPOE module which supports, not surprisingly UPOE which provides up to 60 W per port.
The WS-X4748-RJ45V+E doesn't though.
See table 2 in the link I provided for PoE support.
I should say I'm not a VoIP person so I'm just going off the data sheets.
The other main difference is that the WS-X4648 modules have a 24Gbps connection to the switch fabric and the WS-X4748 modules have a 48Gbps connection to the switch fabric.

I found this document which provides further info regarding each LC POE capabilities.
