Update: for anybody searching for the same answer as of Oct/2022:
The link is no longer valid on Cisco's site.
I did find the updated link and it alludes to the following info:
Not valid: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/ios-nx-os-software/ios-xe-3sg/QA_C67-622903.html
May be a helpful start: Networking Software (IOS & NX-OS) - https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/ios-nx-os-software/index.html?dtid=osscdc000283
More specifically: search for "Cisco IOS and Cisco IOS-XR Command differences" for other web good web results.
Also the following from the updated link:
https://community.cisco.com/legacyfs/online/attachments/document/files/catos-vs-ios.pdf <- still a valid link
