Hello all.

Ask this question, if someone came across a 6513, one of the RJ45 ports are constantly falling.
The question is how to disable logging on a specific port
no logging event link-status does not help.

Thanks in advance.

Alexey,

"no logging event link-status" is the only way you can restrict logging specific for an interface.

Apart from this, other options will impact the whole switch i.e turning buffer/terminal/trap logging off till the Port flapping issue has been rectified or using "no logging event link-status" at a global configuration mode turning off all the link/interface related alerts.

.

How can I do it (no logging event link-status) on Cisco Small Business 300 Series Managed Switches (SG300)?
