Is there a way to disable/turn off the following "services" on an SG200 series switch?
ICMP Unreachable Messages
Proxy ARP
IP Source Routing
VTP

I don't think so, unfortunately. The SG200 has a very limited command set (no CLI as far as I recall), and none of the features you mention can be configured...
