Hope this is the right forum for the question
I got a new switch
And connected it to my router (home network)
I do not see the computers that are connected to the network
Each computer has Internet access but it is not possible to access shared folders
Something I could do with the old 100 MB switch
I thought that in default settings mode it would work
Do i need to define VLAN Or something else

Can you upload here the latest firmware that matches my switch?

Hello,
use Nmap to scan for open ports (TCP ports 139 and 445, and UDP ports 137 and 138). I have a feeling the problem is at a lower level. The SG200 is a fairly dumb, layer 2 only switch which I think doesn't even have a CLI. Nmap will at least show you if the ports on your target(s) are open and reachable...
Below is the download link for the self installer:

Hello
@Georg Pauwen
My understanding its either the pcs not having netbios/tcp or file -print sharing enabled which has been confirmed they do have from the recent ipconfig/netstat readouts or the switch is negating netbios
can you perform one more test please via ip address of a sharing pc and see if connects but reboot your computers first ?
start/run
\\x.x.x.x ip of pc\share name
example
\\10.10.10.1\d$

Result All ports are open
I did what you wrote
I receive a message that I do not have permission
And contact your network administrator

Hello,
try and disable SYN Protection (page 205 of the attached guide):

Hello,
I have looked around and found the bug below (including numerous discussions about users having the same problem). Although this has been diagnosed with older firmware, and you would think it has been fixed in newer firmware releases, I think it is still somehow related to the fact that the SG200 filters (certain) layer 3 packets.
Can you check the 'System Operational Mode' on the 'System Summary' page ?
Can't use network printing via MAC IOS or use NFS on Windows Machines
