Does Catalyst 2960-Plus 24TC-S switch support routing

Hi,

Does Catalyst 2960-Plus 24TC-S switch support basic routing function among VLANs in the switch w/o the use of layer-3 switch or router in a stick?

Yes, if loaded with the correct IOS version and when SDM template is enabled for routing, the appliance can support only 16 static routes (if memory serves correct).
