Does Cisco 3750E support VRRP?

I have a 3750E that runs an universal IOS 12.2(53)SE2 with license ipbase. I don't have VRRP commands but they would be available with ipservice license? Thanks,

VRRP support was added in version 12.2(58)SE. You do not necessarily need IP services ie. IP Base would do. See Table 1 in the attached doc for full details of feature set support -
