Does the Switch Forget the MAC address after 300 seconds if no packet send? I would like to know does the switch remove the MAC address and port information after 300 seconds if no traffic and packet send to the switch.

If the host is connected to the switch and no one is working on the host/machine and it's idle, will the host send the traffic to the switch?

Yes, there are some mgmt frame send and SW use it to learn PC mac
NOTE:- you must notice the different poweroff disconnect or silent.

By default yes. You can, however change this value for the whole switch or per VLAN. See below:

If a switch has not received a frame with the mac address from that port (such as PC turned off or disconnected) then it will clear the mac address from its table. As shown above you can also speed up this process or disable it all together with the 0 time (not recommended).
