Output queue drops means the interface is congested (its receiving more information than it can send). If the interface is at its maximum speed (in this case, gigabit) and operating in full duplex mode, there is not much more you can do besides increasing the receiving capacity of the other end of the output queue dropping interfaces. If these are workstations or uplinks to other switches, a low amount (which it is, in your case) of OQD's are normal.
