download file failed

what cause download files failed in all PCs of remote office?

I have looked at the document that you attached. I do not see any sign of a problem. The first image shows the download in progress and the second image has a message that the download was completed and the executable is ready to run. What is the problem? What happens if you click run in the response screen?

I saw that the download says completed but the total downloaded file size (6.21MB) is not the same as the file size (14.4MB) from the source.

I experienced this before, I don't think its a network problem. I can't remember the root cause and the solution, but I think the problem is in the PC downloading the file.
