hi all, i am an IT network and security . My company's using alot of cisco network equipment such as : switch, router, ip phone.... I need download some software for my work. But i no have ID , i only have normal ID. if have whom share ID for me , i really thanks so much !

As suggested by Leo, There is policy is associated with every cisco contract. SO get in touch with IT department who has purchased cisco devices would definitely purchased cisco contract and that contract can be associate with ur id for downloading software based on what is agreed in contract.
