Downloading procedure, Cisco IOS through Monitor mode in 2950 switch

Hi All

I have 2950 switch booting through MOnitor Mode.

Analyzed there is no Cisco IOS image in flash:

Please assist me in step by step procedure  to copy ios image to flash.
