A client brought me a piece of equipment, and when I accessed it i noticed that it was a little strange, it was only starting in the "loader>" panel so I did a "dir", there was nothing in the bootflash, literally erasing everything, then I tried to boot via ftp, but I'm having a problem, I define the IP in "network", but it doesn't go up on the network, I even tried locally directly with my computer, it doesn't go up, I can't use "ping" on the equipment, so I can't upload a new firmware via ftp, can someone help me with this.
