Dual Proxy

I am planning for dual proxy on a single machine.

It mean that On the same squid server there will be two proxy servers running(two interfaces, two ip's and two ports) 172.28.2.19:8080 and 172.28.2.20:808.Currently only IP 172.28.2.19 is NATed to a public IP.

The proxy servers are 172.28.2.19:8080 and 172.28.2.20:8081, if I am configuring a system browser to proxy-20, I am able to access internet even if the IP(172.28.2.20) is not NATed. How it is happening.

The other query is, can we use another public ip to be NATed to 172.28.2.20 and will the traffic go through that public IP.

I made configuration in the proxy server (Squid) for two servers .

As per the above, can somebody help me in explaining the scenario

To ensure high availability, you can use a a dual Cisco RPMS server installation with a AAA proxy instead of a single server installation.

The dual (HA) server can also manage over 100,000 ports over 100 calls per second, but the UGs must have two entries in the UG configuration. Not all of the UG configurations need the two Cisco RPMS servers entered in same order. For instance, half could point to RPMS1 as "primary" and point to RPMS2 as "secondary." Excuse me for my ignorance but I do not understand how this response is related to the original post. Seeing that it has been rated also, have I missed something obvious?
