Hi,
what kind of duplex settings do I have to make in order to have no duplex missmatch between sw-100001# fa0/18 and a nother switch with sw-100004# gigabitEthernet 1/0/1. When I do auto/auto I have perfomance probelms that look like duplex missmatch:
When I do duplex full the connection is not coming up?
Any Idears?

I would set both devices to
speed 100
duplex full

thats what I tought, but this is whats happend:

set speed to 100, moment sent to auto
