Hi there,

the highlighted switchports are all configured for VOIP, the MAC addresses highlighted are all Cisco OUIs so must be cisco handsets. You would expect to the the same MAC address used on both the data and voice VLAN connected to the same handset.

As for gi1/0/47 flapping, is it connected to the same device as gi1/0/48 ?  Should they both be bundled in a port-channel?

Can you share the config of the device the uplink switchport is connected to?

Trunk ports should not be configured with portfast edge, as that can create layer 2 loops.

Try removing that parameter from the trunk ports.
