DWDM-SFP10G-C (tunable DWDM) supported in C4500 Sup7

Hello community,

I did not find really reliable information if the tunable DWDM SFP+ (DWDM-SFP10G-C) is supported in the Cat4500 Sup7-E. I only found the information in the compatibility matrix that DWDM SFP+ are supported since Version 3.5.0E. Does someone know if the special tunable transceiver DWDM-SFP10-C works in the Sup7-E of the Cat4500?

I only see it supported under the ASR models in the matrix sheet , and the 6800 with the non -c version , I dont see 4500s supporting them at all

thanks for your fast answer. The transceiver matrix is inconsistent with the DWDM-SFP10G-C. It is not listed at all in the global section SFP+ or DWDM SFP+. Only under the ASR models as you have written. In the section of the Cat4500 is the following list:

Going by this doc it looks to be part of the SFP+ alright bottom of the ordering list , this is specific doc for DWDM SFP+

regarding configuring it I haven't got these in operation , what software do you have on it you can check that specific config guide on the Cisco website for that version and all related commands that are available
