I have never heard of the feature you are describing.
Can you give an example config using this feature?

Are you talking about channelling or trunking perhaps?

if we configure Dynamic desirable port then if we attached system with this port then it will make access port and when we will attached switch with this port then it will make trunk port.

My personal opinion is not use that. I always recommend use explicit trunk mode. I dont think needed this command, I used it one time everything worked fine but I always prefer use trunk mode in both ends.
It works like: if Switch A's port is configured as trunk mode and the Switch B port is configured as desirable, the link will work as trunk. The desirable is like a passive state, it will be waiting the remote port to decide how to work.
