Hi
connected DSL directly to 2900 series router , but as DSL public IP is not static (dynamic) its difficult to access Router when out of home, any other means to access router without static IP

Yes, you can do this with Dynamic DNS registration. Basically what it does is your router will update a DNS resource record with its own ip address. Take a look at this documet on how to configure it:

You can access your router from any where if u local / public ip is pingable.
Just u have to do is that if you have applied access-list on your vty just allow your public ip in that.
Else you can create Remote Site VPN and can access your route after connecting VPN.
