how about password protect usb drive data? typed password to access usb drive data each time!
if so, I suggest truecrypt(www.truecrypt.org/downloads.php)or USB Security(http://www.abettersoft.com/usb-security.html). there are all great, truecrypt is free; USB Security supports to encrypt part or whole of the usb drive, it seems more security;

Yes, the follow three ways are the best ways I think!
1. Click right mouse to see if there is "bitlocker". If so, you can use this password protect your USB driver free.
2. "TrueCrypt" is a good free choice if you don't want to spend money and don't care complex . www.truecrypt.org/
3. Use this folder protector: http://www.kakasoft.com/folder-protect/ , it's so easy and safety enough.
