Trying to set up an EtherChannel on CNA and get the following message "Error: Create EhterChannel" Static MAC entries are associated Gi3/1. I've checked the MAC Table for this interface and it shows no entries.

What are you connecting the etherchannel to and what switch are you using ?
The problem is that most, if not all, people here don't use CNA so we can only be of limited use.
I did find an old thread where the OP was reporting the same issue with CNA and when he eventually got it working he said that it was a CNA problem.
Is there any chance you could try this with the CLI ?
No guarantees it would work but we may be able to help you more.
Let me know what you think.

Thanks John.
When I tray CLI I get The attached policy map is not suitable for member either due to non-queing actions or due to type of classmap filters

It sounds like there is extra configuration on the ports you are trying to put into the etherchannel.
So can you answer these questions -
1) what are you trying to create the etherchannel between ie. which devices
2) is this a L2 or L3 etherchannel
3) if it's L2 which they usually are how are you trying to create it ie. what have you done on the CLI
4) can you post the configuration of the ports from the switch you are getting the error message from

John:
Trying to create etherchannel between two switches so it will need to be trunk.
I did configured the port as a trunk
Here is the configuration on the port in question.
interface GigabitEthernet3/1
description AD ETHERCHANNEL 1
switchport trunk allowed vlan 2-6,8-11
switchport mode access
switchport voice vlan 4
power inline static
speed 1000
auto qos voip cisco-phone
qos trust device cisco-phone
service-policy input AutoQos-4.0-Cisco-Phone-Input-Policy
service-policy output AutoQos-4.0-Output-Policy

Okay at the moment it is an access port.
What does the other port or ports on the same switch look like in terms of configuration.
I think you are going to have to remove pretty much all the configuration but can you post the configuration of all the ports you want to make into an etherchannel from that switch.

I reset both interfaces 3/1 & 2 that I want on the etherchannel and was able to add it via CLI
Thanks for your help!
