EIGRP Neighbor is blocked

I keep getting the following log, and I can not figure out why. 

%DUAL-6-NBRINFO: EIGRP-IPv4 1: Neighbor 10.14.12.2 (Vlan11) is blocked: not on common subnet (10.14.11.1/24)

However, I have checked that the vlans are configured correctly and I have cleared eigrp neighbors. 

Any ideas?

what is your interface configuration? Do you have a secondary ip?

it seems like your routers using the same L2 VLAN but different IP subnets probably?
