Enable AAA authentication while retain the local password

i am using below commands, but when i login via console, user with privilege 15 not able to get privilege mode...

• username cisco privilege 15 secret cisco123
• aaa authentication login CISCO group radius local
• aaa authentication login LOCAL local
• aaa authorization console
• aaa authorization exec CISCO group radius if-authenticated local
   
• line con 0
• authorization exec LOCAL
• login authentication LOCAL

how to make the privilege 15 user login without enter enable password, since they have privilege 15....

i found my answer, just need to add another command:

• aaa authorization exec default local if-authenticated
