This is our scenario :
Poly com Video equipment ----------> firewall -------------> Cisco router ------------> ISP .
Poly com video equipment ( 10.10.10.10 ) is static nat with cisco router 1941 (110.110.X.X ) .
In firewall not configured any nat rules .
Problem :
01. when i initiate call from my polycom to ABC destination ( is working both side video & Audio is ok , i noticed that in polycom pop shows
"encryption is off ")
02. when i initiate call from my polycom to XYZ destination ( is only working one side means , far end user is able to see us & audio too but i'm not able to see video as well Audio , I noticed that in polycom pop shows "encryption is on " )
03. i thought there is problem with polycom video equipment , so removed polycom and connected directly to ISP and assign public ip address to
the polycom device later i initiate call to XYZ destination is working fine ( both side video & audio , polycom pop shows "encryption is on" too ).
i suspect that encryption issue in Cisco router 1941 .
