Equivalent throughput from 2 or 3 switches C3650 stack membes

Hi everyone

We were just trying to understand, what´d be the total switching throughput capacity by using only 2 members of switches on a stack?

What would be for 3 switch members?

As per documentation, Cisco says that we can stack up to 9 switches (lets say 9x WS-C3650-48PQ ) an you will get about 160 Gbps non-blocking as per its Cisco StackWise-160 technology.

How can we calculate total throughput from certain numbers of members ?

thanks!

Hi,

See table-7 in the datasheet for switching capacity per model.

BTW, if you are planning to purchase new switches, the 3650 series is end-of-life. So, you may want to look at the 9300 series.

Hi

On this link you can see a detailed explanation but, unfortunatelly is for 9200, wihich is the new 3650. Maybe you can have an idea.
