Error booting Catalyst 2960 series need help

i need help somebody deleted boot image.  how can i restore it?

If you have a console you can try and boot into ROMmon and xmodem an image to the switch. Be sure to change up the baud rate or you will be there all night. Google the above for a step by step guide..

First thing is  see if there is a image in flash. Do a dir flash:  and see  if there is any image at all in flash.  If not follow this doc for recovery.

I think you missed a step...

You need to select from Hyperterminal window to Send a file to the switch usualy is Tools --> Send File.
