error message for switch 2960-s

when i start the switch and after booting.

a message start appearing over and over. and never end. I can't do anything.

Tracebacks errors are usually a sign of software bug. So, upgrade to a different version and test again.

try change the software , hold the mode button break into rommon mode , check the flash see what images are stored in it , if theres 2 boot the second image if not load another image onto the switch and set that to boot

That alert can be a forced software crash the image maybe  corrupted and its just spinning out during boot

to go for the new image from rommon mode

i did the recovery process through this link as Cisco said

but still same problem

If you added a new image thats verified md5 and not corrupted and still not booting correctly you may have a hardware issue , contact your support vendor or cisco and get it replaced through RMA process

i fixed the problem. in entered to initial configuration while error message appearing and delete all previous configuration and now it is working great
