Error :- PRIMARY Bus of FIO 0

Dear Experts,

We are faciing problem with 3800 router. network is not functional. when we checked on console we getting error message -

SYSTEM ERROR(s) on :

   PRIMARY Bus of FIO 0

We have tried every possible diagnose (Flash card replaced, Gig modules ejected etc), error is still there. Where may be the problem.

It seems to be a hardware fault.

Can you try to reload the IOS, start in rommon mode, capture the exact output over console and share ?

My suggestion on this is to log a case with Cisco, if under support/warranties.
