Error while booting Cisco 2960

HI

I am getting an error while booting Cisco 2960.SYST strat blinking green then amber than all lights goes off.

When I Connect the console cable and push the MODE for 15 Second I am getting below only

Boot Sector Filesystem (bs) installed, fsid: 2
Base ethernet MAC Address: ec:e1:a9:ad:9a:80
Xmodem file system is available.
The password-recovery mechanism is enabled.

Any advice?

if you cant get into the switch: rommon mode theres not much you can do as you cant tshoot , add new images or do anything really
main boards most likely gone , needs an RMA
