Hello,
High crc, input & frame errors are seen on one interface of a link. This is a tengigabit
link using fibre optics. Only one end of the link interface shows high errors, the
other end has no such errors. Duplex/link negotiation factors have been checked.
What could be causing it only one end of the connection?Would sfp change on that
end help.
Please suggest.

Hi,
If this is a fiber link, clean the tip of the connectors with alcohols. Also, you may want to replace the fiber patch cord if cleaning does not help.

Adding to Reza's comment, try to clean or replace the cable but also you can try replacing the SFP. Clean the counters and verify again. If there is a provider in the middle verify first the physical layer and then escalate it to the provider.
Hope it is useful
